Really awesome episode! Quick thoughts:

WHAT IS UP WITH SAM??? AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD ALARMS GOING OFF IN MY HEAD WITH ALL THOSE SHOTS OF HIS BLOOD?

Dean is awesome, as always.

I'm totally ok with them having a dead brother.

So much SamnDean this week! *love*
