Really awesome episode! Quick thoughts:

WHAT IS UP WITH SAM??? AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD ALARMS GOING OFF IN MY HEAD WITH ALL THOSE SHOTS OF HIS BLOOD?

Sam has epic amounts of blood. But he is also really tall, maybe he just needs more to function?

I seriously think my brain is moving me closer and closer to Wincest. When Dean was putting the rags around Sam's arms, I was thinking "now kiss your brother". *stares at self in disbelief* Damnit.

I actually didn't mean the amount, so much. I meant that something scary and demonic might happen as a result of Sam bleeding so much. Maybe he'll be, like, super craving some demon blood because of it?
