So, Jo and Ellen dying, most predictable deaths ever, y/y?
Honestly, I really was very sad, mostly because Sam Ferris is AWESOME, but did anyone seriously think they would kill Sam, Dean, Castiel, or Bobby? No. I didn't, anyway.
Um, what else?
I am taking a stand right now. I like new Meg. I liked her the first time we saw her, and I still like her.
YAY BOYKISSING! THIS GIVES ME GREAT HOPE FOR THE FUTURE, NO LIE.
Castiel was fucking amazing in this episode. The scenes with him and Lucifer were absolutely top-notch.
Actually, I'm going to have to go back and see who directed this episode, because they did a hell of a job overall. It felt more like a movie than a TV show.
I LOVED that little moment after Dean shot Lucifer, like: wait, what? Did it work? How do we know? Was that it? What now? And then: Oh shit.
CAN IT BE JANUARY 21 (which is also my mom's birthday, yay!) NOW PLEASE? *is seriously going to die of waiting*
ETA: I would like to make clear that I really loved this episode. I didn't say that in my original reaction, and it seemed like a lot of people were mixed on it, but yeah. MUCH love. This season rocks.
