So, as much as I wish I could spend all my money on yarn, I really, really can't. Instead, I'm going to make a list of all the yarn I would like to try out someday. That way, when I do have money, it'll be nice and easy to pick something out.
Wollmeise - Yeah, it's probably overrated. There's no way any yarn on earth is as amazing as people make this out to be. Still...you never know until you try, right? If I can ever manage to get my hands on some, I'd love to do some socks with this.
Handmaiden - I would LOVE a skein of the Sea Silk. I'd also like to try the Camelspin. Honestly, though, their yarns are so beautiful that I'd buy all of them if I could!
Sundara - Again, would love to try the sock yarn. I'm in love with the April colorways.
Cherry Tree Hill - Sock yarn. It calls to me.
Noro - You guessed it. Sock yarn. This seems to be a love it or hate it brand. I'd like to see which side I fall on.
Cascade - Hey, something besides sock yarn! Cascade 220 seems to be the go-to yarn for standard worsted-weight wool. I'd love to try.
Malabrigo - Another love it or hate it yarn. The people who love it swear by it. We'll see.
Blue Moon - I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have some Socks that Rock. I adore these colorways!
Dream in Color - I really really want some Smooshy. Everyone raves about it. I want it.
Rowan - Seems to be a popular brand for many types of yarn.
Lorna's Laces - I know a lot of people hate the pooling issues with this yarn, but I still totally want some Shepherd Sock.
Manos Del Uruguay - Lots of love for this wool. Seems to be a very cool company, as well.
I think that covers the basics of what I want. Why must snobby yarn be so expensive? *pout*
