Ok, so the vids from the Chicago SPN con are just now getting posted, and as always, they're absolutely awesome.

I have decided that I want to go next year, and I want to go gold.

I'm absolutely willing to spend the $500 for the con package plus travel expenses, because seriously, how many more chances will there be?

Here's my problem: I would really prefer not to go alone, but I don't know anyone in this area that loves SPN enough to do this crazy thing with me.

So! If you guys know anyone who lives somewhere near southwestern Ohio and is crazy enough about Supernatural to drop way too much money on fangirling it, please let me know.

Or barring that, if anyone is planning to go and would like to meet up once there, I'll take that too. I just want someone to squee with! :-)

If I'm still in Ohio or near it, I'll totally go with you. I could get into the show between now and then, right? They show it here, but it's dubbed. And Chicago is not a bad drive from our part of Ohio. I also have friends here who will be back in Chicago by then, we could see if they'd let us stay over.

ETA: Whoa, got excited in my squee...anyway, yes, you could totally get into the show between now and then. I have it all. We could have a couple marathons. And that would be AWESOME if you had friends we could stay with.

We could totally do marathons. You've got some RDJ movies to watch as well. I got to watch Iron Man last night because Mum sent it for my birthday. My gay roommate Chris loved it, he's our gay nerd, so he's into comic books and all that. He thinks you and Matt sound like the most awesome people ever, by the way.

I booked my ticket to get to Paris today. My friend Tori and I are going to stay at a hotel near the airport the night before, then take a shuttle to our terminal. We leave about an hour apart from each other, so we have time to hang out and talk before our flights leave. I'm excited to be going home. I miss my friends and my stuff, haha.
