Breakfast:

V8 (I was on my way out the door)

Lunch:

Two chicken soft tacos, minus tortillas

Dinner:

Roasted chicken
Broccoli
Crab and artichoke dip

Water: Three bottles

As usual, I'll probably have a few snacks before bed. Maybe the PB cup as I haven't had nuts yet today.

These kinds of diets are just awesome. You get results right away, they're fairly easy to maintain, and imo they make you feel so much better all over than ordinary low cal/non fat diets.
I normally have high blood pressure, combined with roller-coaster blood sugar levels and a somewhat traumatized metabolism, but as long as I stick to, say, Atkins phase 3-4 or SBD 3, I'm just fine.

Thanks so much! I do feel WAY better on South Beach than I do the rest of the time. I have more energy, and I get fewer headaches and spells of nausea than normal. I'm convinced that the reason I feel bad so much of the time is that I usually eat horribly.
