SBD - Day Two

Morning weigh-in:

It's amazing how fast the pounds fall off in Phase One. I know it's pretty much all water weight...but still. It's nice to be able to take a chunk out of the goal quickly before starting the slow crawl of Phase Two.
Slept in too late to eat breakfast - a common thing for me.
Lunch:
Field greens with sundried tomatoes and balsamic
French onion soup
Dinner:
Chili with cheese
Salad with feta, tomato, cucumber, and Italian
Dessert:
SB PB cup
Water: Three bottles
A very clean day, but I didn't eat enough. I'm not too worried about missing the dairy, since I way overdid the cheese and milk last night in an effort not to totally cheat. I might have another snack before bed, depending on how long I stay up.
