So I read this sentence: "Rafael Nadal extended his winning streak at Monte Carlo to 22 consecutive matches, topping Roger Federer 7-5, 7-5 in the 2008 finals."

And my brain's reaction is to go fangirl crazy over this choice of words: "topping Roger Federer"

*grin*

I cannot WAIT to watch their match tomorrow! It's pretty much the only thing that could get me up at nine in the morning voluntarily. :-)
