In which I whine (through writing) about not writing

A glimpse into my brain, when presented with time to write:

- OH LOOK BRAND NEW SHINY G_K PROMPTS! GIMME GIMME GIMME!

- Oh wait, but I should really be working on that gift fic that's two weeks overdue...

- And then there's charity fic that was supposed to be finished in February...

- Maybe I'll just work on timestamps - those will be short and easy...

- Or I could use this time to start that longfic I need to get going on...

- *and way, way in the back, original fic waves in the distance, hoping for attention*

Result?

Messing around on the internet until I pass out. Zero writing.
