SBD - Day One

Breakfast:
V8
Grape tomatoes
Two scrambled eggs with mushrooms and cheese
Snack:
Handful of pistachios
Lunch:
Salad - field greens, tomatoes, gorg, Italian
Grilled lemon chicken
Asparagus
SF Jello with SF Cool Whip
Snack:
Cup of vanilla chai tea with a bit of milk and Splenda
Dinner:
Two chicken soft tacos, minus tortillas
Water: three bottles (1.5 liters)
Exercise: Did thirty minutes of walking and jogging. Felt very good at the end!

Now I'm off for a walk...and maybe a jog...depending on how my body takes this newfangled thing called exercise.
