(no subject)

This new story is possessing my mind like nothing has since my LBB, back in the days when I was first starting to think about it. I love this feeling. It's like there are whole universes spinning in my head, rooted in the detritus of my life and branching out into big glorious ideas that I will never properly be able translate to the page, not in the perfect pristine way they appear in my head.

The story has a soundtrack and everything. I'm listening to the songs now, and god, it just makes me feel alive. These are the times, rare and precious, when I really do feel like this is what I was meant to be doing, when there's fire in my blood and I am actually unable to do anything but serve the story.
