You know, I love fandom. But comments like the one below...well...they get to me. Just a bit. I feel like this is what the outside world thinks fandom is, and while capslock and squeeage have their place, whole threads of this sort of thing are just too much.

I see that constantly over at support_pattz, mostly because there are a LOT of teenage girls (or those with the minds of them) in that fandom. I'm mostly there for the icons, haha. All the wank that comes along with fandoms is what gets me. People throw hissy fits over the dumbest things (especially in Twilight fandom, jeeeesus effing christ!). I want a pan-fandom icon that says "I am a mature fan, thanks".

...Please don't tell me that comment came from the wrestling fandom.
