Having just seen this...I think that shipping who you want is totally fine and I like Tommy and ratbert fic and everything, but do you get that you're comparing your ~pain over Adam dating someone other than Tommy to a) child abuse and b) homophobia?

I think it's perfectly fine to not want to hear about real-life relationships or whatever, but this level of pain, or thinking that your pain over Adam's real life compares to these truly terrible things--that seems incredibly skewed to me.
